Jessica Pratt
Owner and Head Coach
USAW Sports Performance Coach
NCCPT Certified
Jessica is truly passionate about Whole Life Fitness. Whole Life Fitness has been an endeavor for Jessica as she expanded Batavia Cross Training into a full functioning fitness center! She loves being able to give people the old school atmosphere with a more modern twist as Whole Life Fitness encompasses a community feel and fresh atmosphere. Jessica has always been passionate about helping others. Group exercise classes have been her outlet to do just that. She loves that the members trust the process as they consistently improve and make progress in the complexity of movements and exercises. What she most enjoys about being a coach is being part of a community that brings together such a diverse group of people supporting each other in their fitness endeavors. Give her a challenge and she will gladly accept it!
abbie kelley
Full-time nurse, part-time nurse practitioner student, and fitness enthusiast
After retiring from college basketball, Abbie traded her basketball sneaks for CrossFit in 2020 at WLF, jokingly embracing her new title as a NARP (Non-Athletic Regular Person). She’s been a part of our group fitness classes ever since! Abbie knows being fit means more than just muscles; it’s a mindset game too.
When she's not caring for patients, studying, or coaching fitness classes, you can find her soaking up the sun outside, hanging out with her fiance, enjoying a moscow mule, or attempting to become a golf girlie (work in progress).
No matter if you’re just starting out or already killing it, Abbie brings the know-how, good vibes, and real support to every session — ready to hype you up (and probably complain about the workout right alongside you).
JESSICA SHERMAN
Jessica Sherman started at Batavia Cross Training/WLF in August of 2018. She ran in cross country and track and swam in high school and college, and then coached for over 10 years in those three sports after Though she exercised on her own after college, she knew that she needed a community of people around her to encourage her and keep her accountable to challenge herself and try her best. Her husband, Aaron, suggested that they try doing something different than just running, and so began the journey with the awesome community of people she is a part of today at WLF. Since joining, Aaron and she have had two children, and the support that they have received to keep their fitness goals in sight while juggling work and two young children is a huge reason they have kept working out. Now, Jessica desires to show her children and others that they, too, can have fun while making healthy choices. She now teaches the Kids' Cross Training class and the Sweat and Stretch class for adults. Come and join her and experience the fitness and fun!
